Non-emergent cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment price to the card on file.
No-show appointments will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled treatment price to the card on file. After 2 no shows the client will no longer be rescheduled for at least 6 months. Our current booking time is 2 weeks ahead, plan according if you need to reschedule as you may have to wait until you can be seen again.
All unopened product can be returned in its original unopened packaging up to 10 days post purchase. Any damage to the box or product will disqualify your return.
There are no refunds on services or prepaid treatment packages.
Any defective or damages product inside of the unopened packaging can be replaced with an exact product replacement.
All members are required to keep a valid card on file. Monthly charges will occur on the 15th of each month. Failure to make payment will result in a temporary pause of services and discounts until dues are paid. Members may pause or cancel their membership at any time with no penalty fees, however these changes must be made before the 15th of the next billing month. Members who fail to do so before the 15th forfeit the reoccurring charge.
